Training is very essential and the workforce is repeatedly trained for maximum efficiency. Training programs are scheduled for the whole year. The Internal Audits are conducted on a regular basis to supervise the work. During the regular internal audits any requirement for further training is assessed and the staff is given additional training in house or in some situations experts from various fields are invited to impart training.
